To craft our Tickles, we hand-pick a varietal bouquet of our heirloom tomatoes before they ripen. Our batches includes a mixture of up to thirty heirloom tomato varieties. Pickled in a classic dill brine with garlic, our tomatoes are delicious right out of the jar, or enjoyed with a charcuterie and your favorite cheese.

We use only sunshine and rain to grow our plants.
