Located in a small bucolic town in northern Illinois, Sweet Jacquelina is a patisserie focused on hand-crafting pastries, marmalades, and desserts.

We believe in the importance of celebrating, especially the small moments.  Celebration takes many forms. It can be a moment of peace in the morning as you sip your coffee and savor a warm croissant, hanging out with your girlfriends on a Tuesday and eating the frosting first on your cupcake, having tea with grandma and biting into a cookie as she tells you a story of when she was young, or slicing into a grande cake on your wedding day.

About the Pastry Chef

Jaclyn Fjestad is a self-taught baker, candy maker, and preserver.  It began in the kitchen of her grandmother who would always have sweet rolls and pies freshly made on visits. The moments they shared together ignited her love for baking and delving into the hows, whys and whats of desserts, pastries, and preserves. Her sweets business began in California catering events and parties for private clients and corporate events.
