“Oh, June berries, they’re my favorite!” exclaimed my grandmother upon hearing of our strawberries. 

At the very start of June, our strawberries begin to ripen. Each day, we take a basket over to our strawberry patch and handpick the little berries. They have a fresh sweetness with a nice tart brightness. We combine these berries with the fresh cutting of our basil flowers, planted nearby.  

This combination enhances the bright spring flavor of the strawberry. 

Drizzle over ice-cream, enjoy with pastries or a cheese plate. 

Each of our marmalades are given a name. We call this sweet preserve Rosalind.

This is a small batch preserve with a limited production.

We use only sunshine and rain to grow our plants.
