Fresh, honey flavors brighten the tongue with this white heirloom tomato marmalade. Each tomato is hand picked from our garden and selected to craft this small-batch preserve.  Slices of full tomatoes are found in each jar.   The lush, fruity jam has floral undertones and is a favorite paired with pastries in the morning.  

Lovely with cheeses and desserts as well, the blonde fruit marmalade is a bright staple. 

We name each marmalade in our collection. This sweet gem is called Ophelia.
